Privacy Policy
Fuzzbeam website
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit fuzzbeam.com (including the founder pages on *.fuzzbeam.com), contact us through the form, or email us, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what you send us, we use it to reply, and we do not track you.
Who is responsible
Fuzzbeam is run by its founders as individuals. It is not a registered company. The founders jointly decide how your data is used and are responsible for it under data protection law (the GDPR). You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@fuzzbeam.com.
Browsing the site
The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. To understand how the site is used, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you across other websites. It only gives us totals: pages viewed, the site you came from, your country, and device type. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
Like every website, the site is delivered by a hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) that necessarily receives your IP address and browser details to send the page to you. We do not keep access logs of these requests.
The contact form
When you send the form, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give one
- Your message
We use this only to reply to you and, if you want to work with us, to discuss and carry out that work. Your message is emailed to the founders' inboxes, and we send one confirmation email to the address you entered. We never add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.
To stop the form from being abused to send spam, we briefly record your IP address and the email address you entered, and count how many messages each has sent. These counters are kept for at most 24 hours and are then deleted automatically.
Emailing us directly
Emails sent to hello@fuzzbeam.com are received by our mail server, stored there for up to 30 days, and forwarded to the founders' inboxes. From there they are handled the same way as contact-form messages.
Why we are allowed to use it
- Replying to your enquiry and discussing a possible project: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- The confirmation email and spam protection: our legitimate interest in running a working, abuse-free contact channel (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Who else handles your data
We do not sell or share your data. Three service providers process it on our behalf:
- Amazon Web Services: hosts the site, runs the contact form, sends our emails, and stores incoming mail. Data is processed in the EU (Frankfurt and Ireland); pages may be delivered from the AWS location nearest to you.
- Google (Gmail): the founders' inboxes, where your messages end up. Google may process data outside the EU, protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare: counts page visits for our analytics. It sees your IP address and browser details when the page loads but does not store them or use them to identify you. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU, protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Spam-protection counters: deleted automatically after at most 24 hours.
- Incoming emails on our mail server: deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Your messages in our inboxes: as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows. If nothing comes of it, we delete them within 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct it, or delete it
- Stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use based on our legitimate interest
Email hello@fuzzbeam.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
